Supplier Search allows you to browse our full catalog of thousands of suppliers that provide goods and services to the Institute, and search for Preferred Suppliers and Internal Providers, to find exactly what you need.

Supplier Search is built on the data we collect from purchases at MIT through Buy-to-Pay - this is our community’s data and reflects the suppliers we purchase from, and the goods and services we buy.

Quick Tips

Preferred Suppliers

Preferred Suppliers are selected through a formal sourcing process. These suppliers have multi-year contracts with MIT that feature negotiated pricing, terms, and conditions. Search Preferred Suppliers.

Internal Providers

MIT’s Internal Providers offer a range of goods and services to the Institute community for a fee. They can be an excellent resource as they have deep institutional knowledge and experience – and can often save you time and money. Search MIT's Internal Providers.
