VPF Strategic Sourcing is pleased to announce three new Preferred Supplier contracts for Computing Equipment and Hardware.
CDW - VPF Strategic Sourcing is pleased to introduce CDW as a new Preferred Supplier for IT computing equipment and hardware (desktop computers, monitors, laptops, electronics) and other hardware, software services, and solutions. VPF recommends using CDW as a Preferred Supplier when purchasing MIT standard configurations for Apple, Dell and Lenovo products, as CDW has negotiated the most favorable reseller pricing on these items. CDW provides competitive pricing on all other items in their catalog.
As an existing supplier in B2P, CDW can receive MIT purchase orders via email until the punchout becomes available. If you’d like to order CDW products before the punchout is live in B2P, contact John Prestiano johnpre@cdw.com for pricing, and proceed to create a B2P requisition for your items.

Amazon - VPF Strategic Sourcing has also awarded a Preferred Supplier contract to Amazon for IT computing equipment and hardware. Amazon provides competitive pricing on MIT standard configurations for Lenovo and certain Microsoft Surface branded desktop computers, monitors and/or laptops, and all other electronics and hardware. These products will be available for ordering through the existing B2P Amazon Business punchout.

Lenovo Global Technology - Lenovo has transitioned the sales of servers and data center equipment to Lenovo Global Technology. VPF Strategic Sourcing has awarded Lenovo Global Technology a Preferred Supplier Agreement, which includes servers and storage, peripherals and accessories, networking and switches, software products and services, equipment tagging and imaging services at MIT discount pricing.
As an existing supplier in B2P, Lenovo Global Technology can receive MIT purchase orders via email until the punchout becomes available.
