MIT has negotiated rates at a number of local hotels including three in Kendall Square. These preferred hotel rates have been updated for 2025.

Additionally, MIT has negotiated a number of discounts at major hotel brands worldwide. Members of the MIT community may also request the MIT rates when booking these hotels for personal travel.
